This series is about creating a digital catwalk using virtual model characters to simulate a digital catwalk, showing digital outfits. Participants will get to simulate the fashion show by making a video, where they will get to learn about video making and editing.

Participants will be introduced to the concept of digital fashion and how digital fabrication can be used in fashion design. They will be also introduced to the Animaker video making platform.
Presentation :
1- Who are we and what we do in Studio 56.
2- Which zone we will be in today.
3- What is fashion?
4- The combination of Fashion and Technology.
5- Examples of Digitalized fashion software.
6- Examples of Digitalized fashion products.
7- Intro to the Animaker platform.
8- What we will be doing today.
Prototype:
1- Explain the UI of the Animaker website and structure of the platform.
2- Explain how you can add components to the scene.
3- Explain how you can add characters and animate them.
4- Explain how you add multiple scenes.
5- Show all the components that can be added to the scene (music, video, image, ..)
6- Construct a simple video for practice (Biography):
•Add a new scene.
•Select a background for the scene.
•Add text with your name and edit it.
•Add components/ characters.
•Add a second scene with a video or picture of yourself.
•Add background sound for the complete video.
Participants will design the first and second scenes of the video. They will add new scenes, text, character, and a customized background.

2- Brainstorm for unique ideas of Digital fashion.

1- Design Scene 1 (Welcome scene):
•Design your customized background.
•Add welcoming text and change their properties.
•Add a character and animate it.

2- Design Scene 2 (fashion walk 1):
•Design the background.
•Add the character.
•Personalize the looks of the character.
•Animate the character to walk in the scene.
•Add a title describing the outfit.
Participants will design the third and fourth scenes of the animated fashion show. They will add new scenes, text, character, and a customized background.

2- The meaning of a video.
3- Types of videos.
4- What we will be doing today.
Prototype:
1- Design Scene 3 (fashion walk 2):
•Design the background.
•Add a new character.
•Customize the looks of the character to be unique.
•Animate the character to walk.
•Add a title of the outfit.
2- Design Scene 4 (judgement 1):
•Design the background.
•Copy the winning model and jury characters from previous scenes.
•Animate the model and the jury characters.
Add a title of the winning outfit
Participants will design the fifth and sixth scenes of the animated fashion show. They will add new scenes, text, character, and a customized background.

Prototype:
1- Design Scene 5 (Judgement 2):
•Design the background.
•Copy the jury character from previous scene.
•Animate the character to hold a laptop.
•Add a title.
2- Design Scene 6 (Final result):
•Design the background.
•Copy the winning model and jury characters from previous scenes.
•Animate the model and the jury characters.
•Add a title of the winning outfit.
Participants will add the final touches of sound and transition effects to the video. They will also be challenged to create a short video from scratch, related to fashion and using what they have learned in the past days.
Presentation :

2- Discuss what they learned during the past week.
3- Challenge to make a new video from scratch.
4- Idea suggestions for the final video.
5- What we will be doing today.
Prototype:
1- Select and add a background sound to the final video.
2- Add transition effects to the components and the scenes.
3- Publish and share the video with others.
4- Challenge the participants to make a new video from scratch.
5- Discuss the topics of the challenge video.
6- Fix any problems found.
