Terri Willingham
I’m Executive Director of the Foundation for Community Driven Innovation, a Tampa based nonprofit dedicated to supporting academic achievement, economic development and the spirit of innovation through inspiring programs and active learning projects. I am a writer by trade, the author of two books on health, co-author of Makerspaces in Libraries (Rowman & Littlefield, 2015) and author of the new book, Library Makerspaces: The Complete Guide (Rowman & Littlefield, 2018) , and also work as a creative partner with Eureka Factory, a consulting and educational event production company. I believe strongly in the value of collaboration and the strength of mentor-based learning, through which I work to build capacity in client agencies and constituents. I have more than 30 years of social entrepreneurship experience across a diverse spectrum of fields and interests, all focused on doing work I’m passionate about in a way that I hope makes my corner of the world a little better for the community with whom I share it.
