Sumit Thakare is a visionary global business enthusiast, blending a profound passion for technology with a commitment to entrepreneurship. Raised under the tutelage of successful entrepreneurs, Sumit’s foray into technological entrepreneurship gained momentum after high school. His Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering saw him successfully design and build an economical car, marking the inception of his innovative journey.

An adept leader, Sumit spearheaded projects like the nationally recognized Vegikart app, demonstrating resilience during the pandemic. His final college year witnessed the formation of an automotive club, resulting in the creation of a Smart Campus Utility Electric Vehicle. Rejecting offers from esteemed MNCs, Sumit chose to channel his affinity for societal causes and joined Vigyan Ashram’s R&D FABlab, where he now serves as Innovation Manager.
